I'm a fun going character and I have a helpful nature. I don't think I could ask for anything better than helping people change their lives for the better. Eating a well balanced diet is very important, in fact it is 80% of the work. It is something you will hear me talk about. The emphasis being on a "balanced" diet, 80% healthy 20% delicious food to keep the soul in check. Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. This is the 20% of an 80-20 way of lifestyle and training. I have developed my training style by working with a variety of people, body types, and research and always love adapting my program for new clients.
